Now that I have your attention this is not going to be one of the following; a book, video, toy, gel, or exercise to enhance performance. It’s not going to be another survey, expert spouting off, religious pamphlet stating the sins of sex, guilt trip, or a new pill for a three hour erection. Sex has been selling for centuries and many have profited from this. It is the largest industry on the internet and there is every conceivable sex shown. Sex is viewed in the following ways; a reproductive act, a private act, a public act, a dirty act, a serious act, a funny act, or a passionate act. It doesn’t matter your view, my two rules will give you the best sex you ever had, or your money will be refunded 100% no question asked. “Oh, I’m sorry I got carried away. This information is absolutely FREE”. The secret to a great sex life is to have FUN and remember the two S’s.

Fun! When was the last time you had any real fun. I mean something that got your juices flowing. The type of passion you experienced when you first meet your spouse or partner and all you wanted to do was have sex all the time. When making love you were playful, had many laughs, and were always satisfied. The fun you had back then can be recaptured no matter how busy or tired you are. The first step is to remember the FUN and passion you had. This will be accomplished when you start to incorporate the two S’s.

The two S’s (SEX and SLEEP) involve the bedroom. Remember, the place you use to go to sleep or have sex. Today, the bedroom is the new living room and the bed is the place where; the pets and children sleep, we work on the computer, watch TV or a movie, play video games, read, and sometimes sleep with our spouse or partner. Sex and sleep have taken a back seat to all the other functions taking place on the bed. The bed must be reclaimed in order to have great sex and sleep. So, we shall examine all the new uses for the bed and correct these problems.

PETS; are the biggest offenders. We have let them take over our lives because they’re so damn cute. Animals are not humans and they must be controlled by their owners. They should be banned from the bedroom, and never allowed on the bed.

CHILDREN: They are a little more difficult and have two exceptions; sickness, or a bad dream. This is understandable, but when a five year old is still sleeping in their parent’s bed it is not healthy for either party. The exceptions are in play as parents will always have to care for their children. The nights the children sleep in their own bed, the parents can either have sex or get a good night sleep.

TV: Remember how exciting it was the first time you watched TV in bed?  It has become the new bedroom accessory people cannot live without. Watching TV in the bedroom has developed into such a bad habit, people can no longer go to sleep without the TV on. Televisions, DVD players and gaming systems should be banished.

COMPUTERS: The laptop has become the new TV. People lie in bed, work, play games, or go online. Computers need to be expelled.

BOOKS: These were in the bedroom prior to the TV. As much as books are important they are still a distraction. It saddens me but, they are banned.

The bedroom has two purposes; sleeping, or having fun with your spouse. The room and the bed were made for these two events. The more sleep you have the better your sex life will be. The elimination of all the distractions will not be easy. It can be done, just remember when you first met and the passionate fun you experienced. The time is now to take back your bedroom.
